Mr. Fidelis Augustine Mugasha, Founder And Chairman Of Board Of Directors

Fidelis Mugasha is a Tanzania Procurement expert with extensive experience in planning, managing, implementing, evaluating of various procurements under Donor funded projects, inclusive of International and National procurement using Government funds. He has already worked in various project such as First Health rehabilitation Project, second Health rehabilitation Project, this was covering the Rehabilitation and equipping of all Referral Hospitals in Tanzania, National Malaria control project which was involving the procurement and distribution of long lasting treated nets all over Tanzania under Global Fund.



He has proven a track record in all aspect related with procurement and logistical management in the Country. He has been working in various Government Departments, some of the assignments includes; Manage all Procurement Resilient Natural Resources Management for Growth(REGROW) Project for development of four protected areas (Mikumi, Udzungwa, Ruaha and Selous) in southern Tanzania, this project is financed by the World Bank. Other assignments are Preparation of Tender documents, Request for Proposal for consultancy services, Assisting the Secretary to the Tender Board to prepare various agenda for Tender meetings, Assist Head of Procurement Management Unit in Preparing annual Procurement Plan, To recommend Evaluation and Negotiation Committees for appointment, Supporting user Departments to prepare Terms of References for various consultancies, Liaise with the user Department for goods and services requirements and preparations of specifications, Assist in the preparation of Work plan and Procurement Management Unit Budget, To review various evaluation and negotiation reports and recommend to the Tender Board for approval of the contract award decision.
